The Healing

I love it and everyone I live with knows I love it. It's progressive, fresh and best of all free! The only song I'm not crazy about is Wrong Again, (but then that's Chuck's favorite) and I think they need a new album cover, but that's just my two cents. Thank you guys for working so hard to get The Healing to us.

A little bit of Kyle

I thought I'd post a few of the cute things he's said lately, at least so I have a record of them.

The other day he was singing the song "I'm in the Lord's army". According to him, this is how the song goes "I may never march in the infantry, ride in the Calvary, shoot the artillery. I may never cry for the enemy...."

During parent time the other day out of the blue he says "mom, my guardian angel is Gabriel, and my girlfriend angel is Gamy". I said "that's cool, do they ever talk to you?" He said "yes, they tell me to put on my power ranger gloves, cape and sword and go kill bad guys." He must have seen my disapproving look because he quickly added "like the Devil!"

Paula told me this one. The illustration for the verse "Without Me you can do nothing" in the Feed My Lambs, is a picture of two kids pulling burnt cookies out of the oven and the little girl is saying "I should have prayed". The kids had memorized that verse in the morning and began a baking project in the afternoon. After they had alreay put the cookies in the oven, Kyle asked Paula "did we pray?" Paula said "no, I think we forgot". Kyle's face dropped like it was end of the world with a big "oh, no!"

He's 3, so there are all kinds of cute things he says and does that I forget, but those are some I remember. He's sick right now with tonsillitis, so please pray for him. :(

Got alot to be thankful for

Thanksgiving Day fell on the perfect week. It's been 3 years in the making, but this week I am finally full-fledged FD. I can't believe I'm here and I'm so, so incredibly thankful to the Lord for bringing me this far and to all those who prayed for me during the rough times. I'm grateful today and looking forward to all that is ahead.
